First day purchase in Athens I still remember listening to the sample cd in Rock City in Athens,little did I know back then that it would literally change my life.

On my record it says "Dreamscape" 😎

A great album that has got a unique sound and feel to it. It resonates emotionally with me and brings back feelings that I had around the time the album came out.

The atmosphere in this album is otherworldly...

Wings of tomorrow is the first song I I ever heard when I was in the stadium for the game Greece vs Spain for eurobasket of 1995… it was the official song of the tournament… since then there is no day passed without listening to stratovarius!!! I am your greatest fan!!!! Come again to Greece soon!!!!

Mi favorito de toda la discografía de Strato! Esa esencia, ese sentir de todos los musicos, no hay comparación.

I wish Timo Tolkki had kept singing become he was improving every album and hes voice always was thicker than kotipelto thin voice that i like for whist it is . Tolkien era gave more variation with singing and musuc. I see Tolkki did bring alot 80s into his singing combined with some modern power metal tracs. There is alot progressive influences early thst died out kotipelto ers and started out a repetetative formula

I bought in the early 2000s when I first discovered the band I had one of those nuclear blast compilation DVDs with music videos and hunting high and low was on it I loved the song and Immediately started buying albums

Perhaps S.'s most crossover album. From thrash metal to pomp metal, hard rock, echoes of Pink Floyd The Wall era (thin ICE). But above all, Tolkki's dramatic singing. You don't need to hear the Fourth Dimensioni demos to understand that only he could sing "Winter." Even though Lassilla and Ikkonen were technically limited, they were perfect for "making" Tolkki's power trash symphonic metal, the true creator of Stratovarius' unique sound. Echoes of early Stratovarius They survive even on the last album with Tolkki (Back to Madness, Maniac Dance). That part no longer exists. His songs and solos can be reproduced, but not his writing.

People always talk about Elysium getting played live, which it should, but so should Elements! To my knowledge it was never played live.

Well, I guess I'm going to have to listen to it, then. Any excuse will do.

Unpopular opinion maybe, but my favourite Stratovarius album. They peaked here.

I remember pre ordering the album and then getting it delivered by mail the day before it was officially released. In a cardboard box, special edition. It was a glorious time for European power metal.

I miss both albums; they should be the most important in the careers of all the musicians involved. They would have been if someone had been able to contain Timo Tolkki in 2004. Can you imagine how wonderful albums like In Paradisum, Land of New Hope, and New Era would have been? It's a shame he doesn't know how to manage his health.

This is where I got on-board. Ended up buying it twice because I listened to the CDs til they were unplayable.
